Gretchen has always had a love for music. She started formal lessons at age 4 and was Suzuki trained through elementary school. She also played the French Horn and was a member of her school’s orchestra for several years. She continued her piano lessons at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester.

As an adult, Gretchen continues to love playing and honing her skills. She performs informally twice a year and enjoys being connected in the musical community. She is excited to be teaching for Intown Conservatory of Music.

As a teacher, Gretchen helps students of all ages discover the joy of learning music and piano.  She is dedicated to creating a warm and open environment where students thrive and enjoys being part of her students’ musical journey.
