Mr. Igor Santos began studying and found his life’s passion with the keyboard/synthesizer at the age of 13 and was soon admitted to study at the Villa-Lobos Music School. A native of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, he finished his undergraduate studies in piano performance at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in 2020 and graduated with his Masters in Piano Performance at Georgia State University in 2024. Igor is currently pursuing an Artists Certificate at Georgia State University.

Igor previously taught piano to both adults and children in music schools and music therapy institutes in Brazil. As a performer, Igor collaborated with bands such as small jazz combos, pop/rock and chamber music groups.

As a composer and producer, Igor recorded an Instrumental Progressive/metal album entitled “Starlight,” and also finished his first Soundtrack for an RPG game called “Assimilação.” He enjoys performing video game music, movie scores and arranging/composing various themes on his YouTube channel. As a pianist, Igor enjoys studying and teaching classical, jazz & pop music.”
