Using a modern environment created in a traditional setting, Director Ruthanna McAlister and a team of highly qualified teachers provide individually tailored lessons for the early beginner as well as both private lessons and fun group activities for intermediate and advanced students.

Intown Conservatory of Music is conveniently located near The Atlanta Beltline and I-75/85. The performance-based teaching studio specializes in personalized piano lessons for all ages, including Suzuki style lessons for children under 5 years old, and private in person or online lessons, performing, composition and music theory for age 6 and up.  We are proud to offer violin, viola, cello and voice lessons as well.  Adults are highly encouraged to sign up for private and group lessons also. All students, from beginner to advanced, children and adults are welcome.

You may also hire a piano player or other musician for special events and/or rent our pianos.  We are fully equipped to provide a wide variety of musical styles, according to the client’s wishes. Ruthanna and her staff play locally with various groups including the Georgia Philharmonic.  Some of the concerts include the opening of the Porsche venue at their new world headquarters here in Atlanta with Kimberly Locke, and audiences of 3,000+ at DragonCon.  Click the photo on the left below for a review!
